Honda Report, April 1975, Honda Announces Trials Team for 1975 Season

Just two years after the formation of the Team Honda Motocross group of racers, Honda has announced that it will field a trials team in America. And the men selected for the team are among the best in the country: Marland Whaley, Mark Eggar, Joe Guglielmelli and George Smith III. Bob Nickelsen will serve as coach, trainer, team activity coordinator, and as if that weren’t enough, he’ll keep in the action as a sometime rider (Bob is one of America’s foremost trials riders)…
